Our ethos is simple: high quality ingredients sourced within 10 miles of Brighton.

10 Radius is the brainchild of Leslie Nkansah and Kerry Kiely (previous Marketing Manager, local English teacher with a passion for food) and brings together their collective expertise in food and marketing. 10 Radius’ purpose is to source, promote and celebrate the diverse, highest quality, seasonal produce from within 10 miles of Brighton. Sustainability and top quality produce without air miles underpin the paradigm of 10 Radius.

The pop-up gastronomic events 10 Radius will offer will celebrate the best of fine dining in a more intimate and relaxed atmosphere. Diners will be presented with a culinary experience to remember: beautiful and technical dishes with ingredients that celebrate Brighton’s wonderful and eclectic local offerings.

ABOUT LESLIE NKANSAH

Leslie’s 20 years of culinary experience are reflected in his creative and innovative menus. His impressive CV includes 3 years working in Michelin-starred restaurants.

Notably, Leslie’s experience includes Head Chef in two fine dining restaurants in the exclusive ski resort of Verbier; Head Chef at Smiths of Smithfield; Head Chef at Saatchi Gallery (including cooking for Nigella Lawson and Charles Saatchi’s private events); Senior Chef de Partie at York and Albany, working alongside Gordon Ramsey and Angela Hartnett; Senior Chef de Partie at 2 Michelin star Pied a Terre, under Shaun Osbourne and Chef de Partie at Mezzo, under Masterchef presenter John Torode.
